Khalaghor Terms & Conditions

Khalaghor (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an international online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all khalaghor services.

By registering an account through the khalaghor website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please do not use khalaghor.

Khalaghor operates under a Curaçao gaming licence (Licence No: 8048/JAZ). We comply with all international gaming regulatory requirements and are committed to providing fair and transparent services.

The following conditions must be met to register an account on khalaghor:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may create one account only.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, restrictions apply when the same device or payment method is used.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure.

Khalaghor reserves the right to suspend any account at any time if false information was provided during registration, and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

Deposits on khalaghor can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50.
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day (subject to account level and verification status).
• Deposits are generally free of charge; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Khalaghor follows the policy below for withdrawal of winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.

Khalaghor offers a variety of bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 30 to 40 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time and will expire if not used within the specified period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Khalaghor reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on khalaghor:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Khalaghor reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• Bets must be placed before the match begins or within the designated time window.
• Khalaghor is not responsible for any bets voided due to internet latency during live betting.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.

Khalaghor reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and withhold payments where necessary. The relevant account may remain restricted until the review is complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khalaghor:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial processing.
• Accessing another user's account through identity theft or fraudulent means.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyberattack against the khalaghor system.

To close your account, please contact customer support. khalaghor reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• When suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

In the event of account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the account is terminated due to a breach of terms, all balances may be forfeited.

Khalaghor is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to games or bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from third-party service (payment gateway) outages.
• Loss of password or account credentials due to user negligence.
• Losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control.

If a dispute arises, please contact khalaghor customer support first to seek a resolution. We typically resolve all complaints within 24–72 hours.

• You will receive an initial response within 24 hours of submitting a complaint.
• Complex cases will be fully investigated and resolved within 72 hours.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, a third-party mediator may be engaged.
• Khalaghor's interpretation of these Terms is final.
